Job summary

IBU Consulting in Bengaluru invites a Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant to join our delivery team. You will provide day-to-day support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, manage changes in HCM Extracts, and troubleshoot interfaces while collaborating with client teams.

You will develop and extend OTBI reports, HDL, FBL, and PBL loaders, and mentor associates to uphold delivery quality. Demonstrating SME-level expertise, you will lead the tech stream and coordinate with Oracle and

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and interfaces
• Strong understanding of HDL, FBL and PBL loaders
• Proficiency in OTBI reporting and BI reporting
• Ability to mentor and lead technical teams

Job description

Key job responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts
• Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces
• Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports
• Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL
• Able to debug and modify fast formulas
• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
• Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
• Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
• Liaise with Oracle and 3 rd party vendors for product/integration issues
• Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client.
• Senior Consultant should be able to demosntrate SME level of skill and experince while supporting the client in all, the stages of delivery cycle.
