Job summary

Alignity Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an Oracle HCM Technical - Maverick to drive long-term Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives for key clients. You will provide day-to-day module support, manage HCM Extract changes, and debug interfaces, while delivering BI/OTBI reports and issue resolution.

You will mentor junior consultants, maintain strong client communications, and coordinate with Oracle and vendors to ensure smooth delivery across all project stages.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical
• Senior Consultant : 6-10 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts
• Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces
• Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports
• Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL
• Able to debug and modify fast formulas
• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
• Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
• Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
• Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues
• Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client.
• Senior Consultant should be able to demosntrate SME level of skill and experince while supporting the client in all, the stages of delivery cycle.
