Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Resource with 5+ years of hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards and Data Migration to optimize our data assets and support business objectives.

You will develop and maintain HCM Extracts, design BIP Reports, and create interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights while leading data migration efforts and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle technologies with a focus on HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, and Data Migration.
• Proficiency in Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Data Integrator.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts to extract data from Oracle applications for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Design and customize BIP Reports to present data insights in a visually compelling and actionable format.
