Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a seasoned Oracle HCM professional with 2-3 end-to-end implementation experiences to lead functional consulting.

You will analyze business processes, define requirements and design solutions across Global HR, HRHD, Absences, Cloud Payroll and Talent Management modules. Strong communication, presentation skills and documentation knowledge are required; familiarity with AIM/OUM processes and cloud certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Should have at least 2-3 implementation experiences as a Functional Consultant.
• Must have a strong track record delivering Oracle HCM solutions with business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
• Should be able to write Fast formulas and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
• Must understand AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation.
• Cloud Certification is preferred.
• Senior profiles with 8+ years should have 4-5 cloud projects implemented.
• End-to-end implementation experience for modules like Global HR, HRHD and Absences, Cloud Payroll, Talent Management, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Compensation and Benefits, ORC/OLC, Taleo Recruit and Onboarding with TCC.

Job description

HCM Func:
