Job summary

Recruitment Freelancing in India seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional / Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong technical background, hands-on implementation experience, and client-facing skills. The role requires deep knowledge of core HCM modules and the ability to design scalable cloud solutions.

You will drive solutioning, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and participate in demos and workshops, balancing technical and functional aspects with Pre-Sales activities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud techno-functional roles.
• Strong hands-on implementation and Pre-Sales exposure.
• Experience with multiple HCM modules and integrations.
• Excellent client-facing and solutioning skills.
