Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in India seeks a senior Oracle Cloud HCM Pre-Sales SME to drive solutions for Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, and T&L. You will own demos, POCs, responses to RFP/RFI, and collaborate with sales teams to position value propositions.

Travel on short notice is required; 16+ years of experience is preferred with strong communication and deep SME in HCM modules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, T&L, Workforce Management.
• Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L, Workforce Management.
• Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV.
• Own Response to RFP, RFI.
• SME on HCM modules.
• Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently.
• Support GTM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team.
• Willing to Travel on short term – essential.
• Good communication skills.
