Tata Consultancy Services in Pune invites an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join our ERP practice. You will work on Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, using SQL and PL/SQL, Reports and Forms, and HR modules.

Candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, Self Services, and related modules will thrive. This role offers challenging projects and growth within a global services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle SQL, PL-SQL, Reports and Forms.
• Hands-on in Core HR, Payroll, and Self Services.
• Knowledge of Performance Management, Learning Management and Compensation Workbench is a plus.
