Job Description

Basic Requirements

• Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating an ability to develop other colleagues.
• Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experiences till go live and hyper care support.
• Ability to understand, analyze, and solve both explicit and implicit requirements.
• Overall 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud as Payroll functional, preferably for India and US legislation.
• Must have experience working on all phases of the project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, and Production support.
• Involved in business process workshops and advised clients on the impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll.
• Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition, and solution design.
• Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, test case preparations, and functional testing.
