Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks an HR technology professional with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Goal Management, Performance Management, and ORC.

The candidate will handle configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of HCM modules, translating business requirements into functional HR solutions across end-to-end processes. Strong stakeholder management and clear communication are essential to coordinate with business users and IT teams for seamless integrations within the HR

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Goal Management, Oracle Performance Management, ORC and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience in configuration, implementation and support of HCM modules.
• Ability to understand business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and integration between HCM modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
