Role Overview:

We are hiring for multiple roles in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Functional and Techno-Functional Consultants. We are looking for professionals with 5–7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in HCM modules, along with technical skills for techno-functional roles. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing support and enhancement activities
• Requirement gathering and solution design for enhancements
• Handling data loads, reports, and integrations
• Client coordination and documentation

Mandatory Skills:

Hands-on experience in:

• Fusion Core HR
• Compensation Cycle

Strong techno-functional expertise, including:

• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• HCM Extracts
• BI Reports / OTBI
• Fast Formulas
• Basic integrations
• OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

Experience:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM
• Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects
• Preferred experience working on HCM projects

Qualifications:

• B.Tech
• MBA (HR)

Work Timings:

• US Shift: 5:00 PM IST – 2:00 AM IST

Other Skills:

• Strong client-facing experience
