Job summary

De Novo Solutions seeks an enthusiastic Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant (Junior) to grow in HCM technical concepts with exposure to Python and AI/LLM technologies.

You will support development activities, build HDL loads, REST API integrations, and automation utilities while learning from senior consultants and contributing to AI tool projects. Jira will be used for task tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of HDL, REST APIs, and Oracle Fusion Security.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and automation workflows.
• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion HCM technical development activities.
• Assist in building and testing HCM Extracts, HDL loads, and integrations.

Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant (Junior) with foundational knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM technical concepts along with exposure to Python and AI/LLM technologies.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and have an interest in working on both Oracle HCM technical solutions and emerging AI-based technologies.

You Will:

• Support Oracle Fusion HCM technical development activities
• Assist in building and testing HCM Extracts, HDL loads, and integrations
• Develop Python scripts and automation utilities
• Participate in AI/LLM-based internal tool development initiatives
• Work with senior consultants on project delivery and issue resolution
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities
• Track and update tasks in Jira

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge or hands-on exposure in Oracle Fusion HCM technical areas such as:
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • REST APIs / Integrations
  • Basic understanding on Oracle Fusion HCM Security
  • BI Reports / BI Publisher
  • Oracle Fusion navigation and technical architecture

Python Development Skills

• Basic to good hands‑on experience in Python programming
  • Understanding of:
• File handling
• API integration
• Data transformation
• JSON/XML processing
• Excel automation
• Ability to develop small utilities, scripts, or automation tools
• Familiarity with libraries such as:
• Pandas
• Requests

AI / LLM Knowledge
