Job summary

Zensar Technologies is hiring an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud Functional Consultant to lead ORC implementations, leveraging Redwood UX and VBCS for enhanced recruitment processes.

The candidate will manage configurations, third-party integrations, and end-user training, ensuring smooth upgrades and stakeholder alignment across projects. 8-12 years of relevant experience is expected, with strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Redwood UI.
• Lead implementation, customization, and optimization of ORC solutions.
• Experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Configure Job Requisition Templates, Geography Hierarchies, CSP and CSP reasons.
• Configure Recruiting Content Library: Offer Templates, disqualification questionnaires, job questionnaires and interview questionnaires.
• Integrate with 3rd party applications and career site configurations.
• Transform Redwood UI with VB Studio and contextual journeys.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Participate in quarterly upgrade cycles and change control meetings.

• Configurations of Job Requisition Templates, Geography Hierarchies, Candidate Selection Process (CSP) and CSP reasons, Job Application Flows, Career Site (Candidate Experience)
• Configurations of Recruiting Content Library such as Job Offer Templates, Disqualification questionnaire, Job specific questionnaire and Interview questionnaire, Involved in Requisition and Offer Approval Rules
• Experience in Career site configurations and Integrations with 3rd party applications
• Redwood UI transformation experience with hands on VB Studio
• Contextualize Journeys
• Guided Journeys
• Display properties for UI Changes
• Configurations of On-Boarding Check lists for Pre-Hire, New Hire
• Troubleshoot and optimize Redwood UX components and workflows.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Participate in quarterly upgrade cycles and change control meetings.
