Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for PAN India operations. The role focuses on Core HR, Global HR and Benefits, with strong technical skills in BIP, OTBI and HCM Extracts to deliver accurate reports and solutions.

You will support Core HR / Global HR implementations, assist in data migration and HDL activities, and work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience (Core HR & Benefits).
• Strong expertise in BIP, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Knowledge of Core HR / Global HR processes.
• Experience in AMS support and client interaction.
• Knowledge of data migration and HDL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HCM reports using BIP, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Support Core HR / Global HR implementations and AMS activities.
