10 Design, part of the Egis Group, is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Analyst to provide Level 2 support for Fusion HCM across global HR processes. You will handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and support quarterly releases alongside IT and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Oracle HCM, strong ITIL knowledge, and experience with Core HR and Talent management. A dynamic, multinational environment offers growth and exposure.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 5 years in Fusion HCM support.
• Experience supporting global HR operations and business users.
• Strong ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Performance, etc.).
• Analyze incidents end-to-end and assess impacts on related systems.
• Support global Hire-to-Retire processes (Hiring, Transfers, Promotions, Terminations).
• Perform release validation, regression testing, and assist with UAT.

Job Description

The Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst provides expert functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, ensuring stable operations and high-quality user support across global HR processes. The role focuses on incident resolution, root cause analysis, release validation, business process support, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement of HCM services.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Application Support Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including: Core HR, Talent Management ,Performance & Goals ,Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting and Learning Support related: Integrations and interfaces , OTBI and BI Publisher reports ,Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL data loads Security roles and workflow configurations

Analyze incidents from an end-to-end business process perspective and assess impacts on connected systems.

Business Process Support Support global Hire-to-Retire processes including: Hiring, Transfers, Promotions, Terminations and Rehires Position and Workforce Management Time and Absence Management Performance and Talent Cycles Compensation Reviews Payroll Operations and Reconciliations HR Reporting and Workforce Analytics

Incident & Problem Management Resolve application issues within agreed SLAs. Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents. Work with technical teams, Oracle Support, and vendors to resolve complex issues. Identify permanent fixes and contribute to problem management initiatives. Create and maintain knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides

Release & Change Support Support Oracle quarterly releases. Perform impact assessments and regression testing. Support UAT and hypercare activities. Validate integrations, reports, security, and critical business processes after deployments.

Continuous Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to simplify and automate support activities. Contribute to AI-enabled support, knowledge management, and operational efficiency initiatives. Drive standardization and service improvement across HCM support processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM support. Experience supporting global HR operations and business users. Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Core HR Talent Management Compensation Absence Management Required HCM Expertise Strong functional knowledge in one or more of: Core HR Talent Management Compensation Absence Management Recruiting Learning Payroll Experience with: Workforce Structures Security & Role Management Approval Workflows Fast Formula HDL/HSDL OTBI & BI Publisher Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST/SOAP APIs ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tools Preferred Certifications Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification Oracle Talent Management or Core HR Certification ITIL v4 Foundation
