Job summary

Mastek is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to implement and support Core HR and Absence Management modules for enterprise clients. The role translates HR processes into effective Fusion HCM solutions and ensures user adoption.

The candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, perform configuration, testing, data migration, and provide guidance on best practices in Core HR and Absence Management while maintaining compliance with global HR standards.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancements for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• Gather, analyse, and document HR requirements related to workforce administration and absence policies.
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management functionalities, including employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with policies, regulations, and global HR standards.

HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Core HR (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) Consultant-Oracle. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules for enterprise clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 10 Years. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate HR processes into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
