Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud specialist to lead OFSC configurations and integrations in our enterprise projects. The role requires hands-on OFSC setup experience, knowledge of 24C or latest capabilities, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders to deliver a cloud-based field service solution and manage incident resolution with interfacing teams.

Experience with Maximo integration and other Field Service technologies such as Oracle EBS Field Service or Siebel Field

Qualifications

• Must have good understanding of OFSC version 24C or latest capabilities.
• Hands on experience in OFSC setups including message scenarios, filters, routing, plugins.
• Strong domain and process knowledge of Field Service.
• Ability to engage with different stakeholders, understand requirements, analyse the field service processes, and deliver an Oracle Field Service cloud-based solution.
• Ability to handle production incidents, troubleshoot OFSC issues including integration issues, deliver OFSC fixes, and work with interfacing teams to resolve incident.
• Experience in OFSC integration with Maximo along with experience in other Field Service Technologies like Oracle EBS Field Service or Siebel Field Service is desirable.
• Candidates with Oracle Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud will be preferred.
