Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud consultant to lead OFSC deployments and integrations. The role requires engaging with business users and technical teams, gathering detailed requirements, and delivering OFSC-based solutions.

You will manage production incidents, coordinate with interfacing teams, and support upgrades and new features. Oracle OFSC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have good understanding of the Field Service Cloud version 24C or latest capabilities.
• Hands on experience in OFSC setups including message scenarios, filters, routing, plugins.
• Strong domain and process knowledge of Field Service
• Ability to engage with different stakeholders, understand requirements, analyse the field service processes, and deliver an Oracle Field Service cloud-based solution.
• Ability to handle production incidents, troubleshoot OFSC issues including integration issues, deliver OFSC fixes, and work with interfacing teams to resolve incident.
• Experience in OFSC integration with Maximo along with experience in other Field Service Technologies like Oracle EBS Field Service or Siebel Field Service is desirable.
• Candidates with Oracle Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud will be preferred.
