Job summary

Purview Services in India seeks an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) consultant to lead OFSC deployments and integrations. You will design message scenarios, routing, and plugins within Field Service Cloud version 24C and work with business users to translate requirements into a scalable OFSC-based solution.

You will engage with technical teams and stakeholders, manage changes during upgrades, and troubleshoot production incidents, including OFSC integration challenges with Maximo

Qualifications

• Must have good understanding of Field Service Cloud version 24C or latest capabilities.
• Hands on experience in OFSC setups including message scenarios, filters, routing, plugins.
• Strong domain and process knowledge of Field Service.
• Engage with stakeholders, understand requirements, analyse field service processes, deliver OFSC-based solution.
• Handle production incidents, troubleshoot OFSC issues including integration issues, deliver OFSC fixes, and work with interfacing teams to resolve incident.
• Experience in OFSC integration with Maximo along with experience in other Field Service Technologies like Oracle EBS Field Service or Siebel Field Service is desirable.
• CandiDates with Oracle Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud will be preferred.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and document detailed requirements.
