Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud specialist to design and deliver OFSC-based solutions. The role involves hands-on OFSC configurations, integration work with Maximo and other field service platforms, and proactive incident resolution.

The ideal candidate will engage with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive change management during upgrades and feature deployments, ensuring smooth production operations.

Qualifications

• Must have good understanding of Field Service Cloud version 24C or latest capabilities.
• Hands on OFSC setups including message scenarios, filters, routing, plugins.
• Strong domain and process knowledge of Field Service.
• Engage with stakeholders, analyse field service processes, and deliver OFSC-based solutions.
• Handle production incidents, troubleshoot OFSC issues including integrations, and deliver fixes.
• OFSC integration with Maximo and other Field Service tech (EBS Siebel) desirable.
• Oracle OFSC Certification preferred.

Job description

• Technical Expertise:
• Must have goodunderstanding of the Field Service Cloud version 24C or latest capabilities.
• Hands on experience in OFSC setups including message scenarios, filters, routing, plugins.
• Strong domain and process knowledge of Field Service
• Ability to engage with different stakeholders, understand requirements, analyse the field service processes, and deliver an Oracle Field Service cloud-based solution.
• Ability to handle production incidents, troubleshoot OFSC issues including integration issues, deliver OFSC fixes, and work with interfacing teams to resolve incident.
• Experience in OFSC integration with Maximo along with experience in other Field Service Technologies like Oracle EBS Field Service or Siebel Field Service is desirable.
• Candidates with Oracle Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud will be preferred.
