Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, via Tech Projects India GCC, is seeking an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to join a hybrid team in Hyderabad. The role combines technical design with functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Inventory, focusing on developing interfaces, reports, and customizations.

The ideal candidate has 10–14+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and related technologies, with experience in Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 GL, AP, AR, and Inventory modules.
• Hands-on development with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and Oracle APIs.
• Experience with RICEW components and data interfaces.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher/XML Publisher for custom reports.
• Familiarity with Oracle Workflow Builder is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations and integrations in Oracle EBS across GL, AP, AR, Inventory.
• Develop and maintain RICEW components and interfaces with external systems.
• Enhance Oracle Forms and Reports; leverage SQL/PLSQL and APIs.
• Create and manage reports with XML Publisher; ensure documentation.
• Support day-to-day operations, incidents, and UAT; collaborate with functional teams.

Shift Timings: Standard shift from 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.

Work Mode:

WFO – 3 Days (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)

WFH – 2 Days (Monday / Friday)

Mandate Tech Stack:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) across GL, AP, AR, Inventory
• Goot to have P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and O2C (Order-to-Cash) modules.
• Develop and maintain RICEW components.
• Work with Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, ensuring robust data exchange with external systems.
• Develop and enhance Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Utilize PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle APIs, and Application Object Library (AOL) to meet technical requirements.
• Create and manage reports using XML Publisher (BI Publisher).
• Support day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for Oracle Applications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules: GL, AP, AR, Inventory
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Forms and Reports development.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and stored procedures.
• Proven expertise in RICEW components development.
• Good understanding and experience in Inbound/Outbound Interfaces, Conversions, and Integrations.
• Experience with XML Publisher (BI Publisher) for custom report development.
• Exposure to Oracle Workflow Builder for workflow customization and development (optional).
• Hands-on support experience in Oracle Applications (incident handling, enhancements, change requests).
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and suggest optimizations
• Working knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and/or ADF.
