Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle developer for New Delhi. The role focuses on delivering Oracle Forms-based solutions, with strong PL/SQL, Reports, and BI Publisher skills.

You will work with clients, participate in deployments, and support RICE components while maintaining documentation and knowledge sharing. Required experience ranges from 7 to 12 years in Oracle ERP environments, with emphasis on debugging, testing, and customer-facing delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in development and support projects with an onsite-offshore model.
• Expertise in Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Shell Script.
• Knowledge on Oracle Applications modules as stated in the skill set.
• Ability to debug issues and work independently.
• Experience in gathering requirements from clients and translating them into codes.
• Experience in testing, defect analysis, and product-support activities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work across Oracle ERP areas, especially Oracle Forms.
• Contribute to enhancements, deployments, and support of RICE components.
• Document development codes and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

Technical:

• Hands-on experience in Development, Support project with Onsite-Offshore model
• Expertise in Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Shell Script.
• Knowledge on Oracle Applications modules as stated above in Skill set.
• Adequate Technical ability to Debug issues on own.
• Experience in working with Clients, gathering requirements, and developing codes based on the requirement.
• Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support.

Non-Technical:

• Strong troubleshooting and conceptual skills.
• Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving Is must.
• Should have excellent communication skills and customer facing skills.

Good-to-Have

Experience in Workflow, OAF development, deployment & Implementation
