Job summary

Litmus7 is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to join our ERP team in India. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, PLSQL, Forms, Reports and XML Publisher, along with strong understanding of OM, PO, iProcurement and Inventory workflows.

You will provide L2/L3 support for custom components and work on data conversions and interface integrations. The candidate will collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical resolutions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS and related modules.
• Hands-on with Oracle technologies including PLSQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, workflows, shell scripts.
• Knowledge of OM, PO, iProcurement, Inventory and P2P/O2C processes.
• Ability to provide L2/L3 support and defect resolution for custom RICEW components across SCM and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix issues in Custom Reports (Oracle Reports, BI Publisher).
• Handle custom interfaces with 3PL, Retail, WMS, banking and external systems.
• Perform conversions and data loads, including staging tables and bulk inserts.
• Develop extensions using PL/SQL, Forms Personalizations, OAF and workflows for order processing and approvals.
• Coordinate incident triage with middleware, DBA and infra teams; ensure SLA compliance.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Oracle EBS knowledge in version 12.2 or above.
• Excellent hands-on expertise with Oracle technologies and should be able to analyze / create / modify Oracle components, such as PLSQL, Forms, Reports, XML publisher, workflows, shell scripts, etc.
• Should have good knowledge of Oracle modules like OM, PO, iProcurement, Inventory and basic understanding of the P2P and O2C flows.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and defect resolution for custom RICEW components across SCM (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, WMS) and Finance (AR, AP, GL, FA).
• Troubleshoot and fix issues in Custom Reports (Oracle Reports, BI Publisher)
• Custom Interfaces with 3PL, Retail, WMS, financial and external systems.
• Conversions and data load processes (bulk inserts, validations, staging tables).
• Extensions using PL/SQL packages, Forms Personalizations, OAF.
• Workflows for order processing, approvals, and notifications.
• Investigate data discrepancies, integration failures, and custom code bugs using PL/SQL, logs, and debug tools.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to data integrity, duplicate records, stuck transactions, and incorrect postings across modules.
• Maintain custom APIs, triggers, procedures, and views.
• Monitor and improve performance of custom code through AWR/ASH analysis, SQL tuning, and indexing strategies.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business impact and translate into technical resolution steps.
• Perform code corrections, unit testing, and deployment preparation for production-safe fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop reusable fix patterns or automation.
• Support batch job failures, concurrent program performance issues, and custom object dependency resolution.
• Participate in incident triage, work with middleware, DBA, and infra teams to resolve upstream/downstream failures.
• Handle ticketing via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance and knowledge base updates.
• Maintain and enhance documentation for custom components and their dependencies across business flows.
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations with 3PL, Retail, WMS, banking, and external SaaS systems.
• Maintain source control, migration scripts, and patch impact assessments (via tools like STAT or manual analysis).
• Document all changes; ensure version-controlled, audit-ready artifacts.
