Avalon Software Services seeks an Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of Oracle CDM Cloud solutions across Fusion and external systems.

You will ensure accurate, governed customer master data and lead integration, migration, and security efforts while guiding stakeholders through design and delivery risks.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle CDM Cloud / Fusion Customer Data Management.
• Deep knowledge of customer master data, data quality, and governance.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Fusion REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Import Management, BI Publisher, OTBI, and data migration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Design CDM Cloud solutions for customer, account, contact, hierarchy, duplicate management, matching, merge, and survivorship.
• Define data governance, ownership, quality rules, and golden-record processes.
• Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, and bulk-import tools.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Configure security, roles, audit, and data-access controls.
• Lead requirement workshops, prepare solution designs, and support testing and deployment.
• Advise stakeholders on Oracle CDM best practices and delivery risks.

Job Role: Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead

Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud solutions, ensuring accurate, governed customer master data across Oracle Fusion and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design CDM Cloud solutions for customer, account, contact, hierarchy, duplicate management, matching, merge, and survivorship.
• Define data governance, ownership, quality rules, and golden-record processes.
• Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, and bulk-import tools.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution-design skills.

Preferred

• Oracle Cloud certification in Sales or CDM.
• Experience integrating Oracle CDM with Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, or other CRM/MDM platforms.
