Job summary

Delaplex, Inc. seeks a senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Tech Lead to drive design, development, and deployment across ERP, HCM, SCM modules. You will lead integrations via OIC, REST/SOAP, and BI Publisher, while guiding data migration and security practices.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring performance and scalability across Cloud Fusion implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Oracle applications experience.
• 3+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Tech Lead experience on 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong expertise in OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP, FBDI, HDL.
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON.
• Security setup and RBAC for Fusion environments.
• Oracle Fusion data security and governance.
• Technical leadership and mentoring of junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Manage planning, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership across Fusion modules.
• Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP, OIC, middleware.
• Develop/customize Fusion solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas.
• Lead data migration/conversion using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle tools.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure coding, security, performance, and scalability best practices.
• Mentor junior technical consultants and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Support post-go-live activities and maintain technical docs.
