Job summary

Birlasoft seeks a seasoned Oracle CX solution architect with 15+ years in CX, including 5+ years in Oracle CX cloud, to design end-to-end CX architectures and data flows. You will lead pre-sales efforts, create POCs, and demonstrate value to clients, leveraging Eloqua, OCC, and other CX products.

Strong communication and stakeholder skills are essential. Experience with EBS to Fusion/Cloud migrations and Oracle CX certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Oracle CX domain, with at least 5+ years in Oracle CX cloud working in pre-sales or client-facing solution architecture roles.
• Design end-to-end CX architectures, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CX cloud products such as Oracle Sales Cloud, CX Sales, Eloqua, and OCC.
• Experience building POCs, demo environments, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of latest CX tech like chatbots and AI-driven service flows.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation methodologies (OUM/True Cloud).
• Experience with Oracle EBS to Fusion/Cloud migration is a plus.
• Certifications in Oracle CX are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and soft skills; ability to gather and advocate for customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CX architectures and data flows for clientes.
• Lead pre-sales activities and client-facing solution presentations.
• Develop and demonstrate POCs, demos, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements.
• Guide migration and integration patterns, including EBS to Fusion/Cloud where applicable.

Job description

• Experience building POCs, demo environments, and prototypes.
• Experience in latest CX technologies like Chatbots, Digital Assistant, and AI-driven service flows etc.
• Working knowledge of SaaS implementation methodology (Oracle Unified Method – OUM / True Cloud Method)
• Experience of Oracle CPQ will be a plus
• Good to have certifications Oracle CX
• Good communication, interpersonal skill, and soft skills
• Should Gather, analyze, internalize, and advocate for the customer requirements around their selling processes.
• Prior EBS experience within last 5 years is nice to have.
• Must be well versed in EBS solutioning and implementation
• Should have exposure in migrating Oracle EBS to Fusion/Cloud.
