Clean Harbors is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Sales Cloud Director - Applications to lead the functional design, solution architecture, and delivery of Oracle Sales Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support across the organization.

The role requires 15+ years of hands-on Oracle CX/Sales Cloud experience and strong leadership in enterprise-scale projects, with collaboration across Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure scalable, integrated solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Experience designing, delivering, and governing Oracle CX extensions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Oracle Sales CX (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Quotes) solutions.
• Lead design workshops, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, SCM, and IT to ensure integrated, scalable solutions.
• Oversee delivery using OUM-based methods and review design documents and test scenarios.
• Stay current with Oracle CX quarterly releases and drive adoption of analytics features.

Job Title: Director - Oracle CX Sales Cloud - Applications

Experience: 15+ Years on Oracle Sales Cloud (Cx)

Location: Hyderabad or Bengaluru

Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9.00pm

Role Summary:

The Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) Director - Applications is responsible for leading the functional design, solution architecture, and delivery of Oracle Sales Cloud implementations, enhancements and support at Clean Harbors. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure scalable, integrated, and business-aligned solutions that support revenue growth and customer engagement.

Job Description:

Solution Architecture

• Design and architect comprehensive Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) solutions leveraging Oracle-delivered best practices and latest features.
• Define end-to-end functional solutions covering Oracle Sales CX (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Forecasting), Oracle CX Service (Cases, Knowledge, Omnichannel) and Sales Analytics
• Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Cloud ERP using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Functional Leadership

• Lead functional design workshops (CRPs), requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and configuration approaches.
• Own functional solution design decisions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Sales leadership, business users, and IT stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Oracle Sales Cloud capabilities and roadmap.
• Partner with Finance and SCM teams to ensure quote-to-cash process integrity.

Delivery & Governance

• Support Oracle Unified Method (OUM) based delivery across design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Review and approve functional design documents and test scenarios.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with Oracle Sales Cloud quarterly releases.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve adoption.
• Drive adoption of Oracle CX automation and analytics features.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle CX / Sales Cloud functional implementations, with proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity and Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud modules including Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, and Quotes.
• Experience integrating Oracle Sales Cloud with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) certification(s).
• Experience in large enterprise or multi-business-unit environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models, leveraging Jira, AHA and SNOW applications
• Exposure to Oracle CX analytics and AI-driven features.

Provide functional oversight to implementation partners and internal teams

Education

• Bachelors / Masters, degree in Costing and Supply Chain processes, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (15+ years) in Oracle Sales Cloud
• Strong understanding of Oracle Sales CX (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Forecasting), Oracle CX Service (Cases, Knowledge, Omnichannel) and Sales Analytics applications and best practices applicable to supply chain operations and reporting aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Sales Cloud modules is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of sales regulations, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
