Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Oracle CPQ Manager to lead the Lead to Revenue implementation and optimize client operations across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will manage projects, mentor teams, ensure integration with client systems, and maintain quality standards while driving adoption of Oracle lead management, sales automation, and customer experience solutions.

The role requires 10 years of experience, BE/BTech/MCA/MSc or equivalent, and strong English

As an Oracle CPQ Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on Oracle's suite of applications, managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions tailored to organizational needs.

What You Must Have
