PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Oracle SCM Functional-Maintenance & Manufacturing - Senior Manager to lead large consulting engagements. The role sits in the Oracle practice, mentoring teams and delivering strategic supply chain transformations for global clients from Bengaluru.

You will apply Oracle SCM Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, E-Business Suite, and PLM tools to drive process excellence, engage clients at a strategic level, and foster high-performing, inclusive teams.

Qualifications

As an Oracle SCM Functional-Maintenance & Manufacturing - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Advisory Acceleration Centre, which extends PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will be responsible for providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability in support of client engagements. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will leverage your skills and industry knowledge to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic planning and execution of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives to enhance client support and operational processes
• Managing large-scale projects focused on Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and Oracle Enterprise Asset Management to drive process improvement and cost efficiency
• Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle PeopleSoft Maintenance Management to optimize supply chain performance and transformation
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies and systems to streamline operations and reduce lead times
• Coordinating supply chain analysis and consulting efforts to deliver data-driven insights and support decision-making
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and address complex supply chain challenges
• Guiding teams in the use of Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Logistics for effective inventory and warehouse management
• Promoting operational excellence through innovative solutions and continuous improvement in supply chain processes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 14 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
