As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle - Senior Manager (HCM/AI/Finance/SCM), you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimise client processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escape, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in SCM/Finance/AI/HCM

• Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
