Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an experienced EPM - FCCS, ARCS - Manager to lead Oracle-based budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation projects. You will manage client engagements and guide teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle EPM or related domain.
• Excellent English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of Oracle EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• Analyzing client needs to design and deploy Oracle-based solutions that enhance FP&A processes.
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration of Oracle EPM tools.

As an EPM - FCCS, ARCS - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
