Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Bengaluru seeks an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle - Manager to lead Oracle supply chain and operations projects. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, train users, and drive value across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

You will coach teams, manage planning and budgets, and push for continuous improvement while leveraging Oracle Cloud and PLM capabilities. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM/AI/Finance domains.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle - Manager (EPM/SCM/AI/Finance), you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency to achieve strategic objectives. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in AI/SCM/EPM or Finance

• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for supply chain optimization
