Job summary

PPM Techno Functional is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM functional consultant to support projects, time, HCM, and related integrations.

You will gather requirements, design workflows, write SQL/PL-SQL, develop dashboards and BI Publisher reports, and participate in end-to-end project phases including production support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud PPM as a Functional Consultant.
• Experience in at least two Oracle Cloud PPM implementations / support projects.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in PPM.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication for client interaction and training.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud PPM (Projects, Time, HCM, OTL) functionalities and integrations with respect to projects and Time.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for PPM functionalities and integrations.
• Prepare technical and functional design documents and design workflows.
• Write and debug SQL/PL-SQL queries; develop dashboards and OTBI reports.
• Facilitate integrations with external systems and core financials using data migration tools (FBDI/ADFdi).
• Resolve production issues, manage data conversions, and participate in period-end closing for project accounting.
• Present and demo new Oracle Cloud PPM features and validate end-to-end processes post quarterly updates.
• Provide training to end-users and create documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Oracle Cloud PPM ( Projects, Time, HCM, OTL (Time and Labor) functionalities, Integration with respect to projects and Time) functionalities, Integration with respect to projects and Time.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for PPM ( Projects, Time, HCM, OTL (Time and Labor) functionalities, Integration with respect to projects and Time)
• Prepare Technical & Functional Design documents, design workflows and rules to align with business processes.
• Write and debug complex SQL/PL-SQL queries and develop custom dashboards, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analytics.
• Facilitate integrations with external systems and core financials (GL, AP, AR) using FBDI/ADFdi data migration tools.
• Resolve functional & technical Production issues, handle data conversions, and manage period-end closing activities for project accounting
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture.
• Present and Demo new features and functionality available in Oracle Cloud PPM ( Projects, Time, HCM, OTL (Time and Labor) functionalities, Integration with respect to projects and Time) as part of quarterly updates.
• Validate end to end business process post quarterly update
• Provide functional inputs to design Automated Functional Test Cases
• Share and implement AI features available in Oracle Cloud PPM ( Projects, Time, HCM, OTL (Time and Labor) functionalities, Integration with respect to projects and Time) as well be part of the team building agents using Oracle Agentic AI studio
• Analyze and Integrate Oracle Cloud PPM ( Projects, Time, HCM, OTL (Time and Labor) functionalities, Integration with respect to projects and Time) with other applications
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training to end-users and create documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams for seamless system integration.
• Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.

Qualifications
