Job summary

Capgemini in India is seeking an Oracle ARCS Lead to drive end-to-end cloud-based reconciliation implementations. You will lead requirements, design ARCS components, and mentor delivery teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions for complex finance processes across multiple client engagements.

The role requires 8–12 years in Oracle EPM/ARCS, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with SIT/UAT and production deployments. This is a senior, client-facing position with Capgemini.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementations.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes, financial controls, and month-end close activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements related to account reconciliation processes and controls.
• Design detailed components of Oracle ARCS solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams in resolving complex implementation challenges.
• Drive client discussions, conduct solution reviews, and obtain design sign-offs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution activities.
• Lead production deployment activities and provide post-production support.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle ARCS implementation best practices and governance standards.
