Job summary

Capgemini India in Bengaluru is hiring for an Oracle EPM TRCS specialist. You will implement and configure TRCS, gather requirements, and translate them into application designs while coordinating with finance, tax, and IT teams.

You will develop rules, calculations, and reports with Smart View, support tax close activities, perform SIT/UAT and deployments, and provide ongoing admin and maintenance. A strong consulting mindset and hands-on TRCS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle EPM experience with TRCS hands-on.
• At least one end-to-end TRCS implementation.
• Strong consulting acumen and ability to drive solutions independently.
• Experience with FCCS, Data Management, Smart View, and Calculation Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design tax provisioning and reporting processes.
• Perform data integration using Data Management/EPM Integration.

• Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT stakeholders.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Provide ongoing administration, maintenance, and production support for Oracle TRCS application post go-live.
