Job summary

Capgemini in India is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across global deployments. You will shape technical solutions that empower HR processes and data flows.

You will build integrations using OIC, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs and develop reports with BI Publisher and OTBI, while performing data migration and ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical development, integrations, reporting and data migration.
• Strong ability to design, develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across global deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across global implementations and support engagements.

• Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations using OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
• Perform data migration, data conversion, and bulk data uploads using HDL/HSDL.

Your Profile

• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and coding standards.

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical.
• Experience working on Global HR, Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, or Learning Modules.
• Knowledge of security, roles, and workflow configurations in HCM Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
