Qualifications

• 1–8 years of relevant experience as an Optometrist cum sales.
• Experience in hospitals and optical stores is required.
• Past experience with reputed eye hospitals or optical stores preferred.
• Knowledge of international spectacle lens and frame brands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vision tests and analyse results to diagnose sight problems.
• Provide treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation.
• Assist customers in selecting lenses and frames; perform over-the-counter sales.
• Provide high customer service‑oriented eye exams and explain the Eye Exam Process of Refraction.
• Be clinically competent to assist in providing customers with the best lenses and contact lenses.
• Greet customers on entry and maintain inventory management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct vision tests and analyses the results, diagnose sight problems, such as nearsightedness or farsightedness, and eye diseases.
• Provide treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation.
• Provide high customer service-oriented eye check-ups. Build a strong relationship with customers by engaging the customers in explaining the Eye Exam Process of Refraction.
• Clinically competent to assist in providing customers with the best in lenses and contact lenses.
• To assist customers in selecting their lenses and frames
• To perform over-the-counter sales
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction. Always putting the customer’s needs first. Conducting competent and knowledgeable eye tests. Greeting customers immediately when they enter the store.
• Should have knowledge of International spectacle lens and frame brands

• Local / Karnataka candidate preferable
• BSc in Optometry / Diploma in Optometry
• Clinical Optometry
• Inventory Management

• Contact lens dispensing, contact lens fitting, and slit lamp evaluation
