Job summary

Titan Eyeplus is seeking an optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams, prescribe spectacles and contact lenses, and guide customers in frame and lens choices. You will educate clients on eye health and lens care while delivering excellent service.

You will maintain records, comply with clinic protocols, and collaborate with the retail team to hit sales and satisfaction targets in a dynamic Bengaluru store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution.
• 0-3 years of experience in optical retail store, eye clinic, or hospital (Freshers with good clinical knowledge are welcome to apply).
• Dynamic, young, and enthusiastic optometrist with a passion for eye care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend suitable optical solutions.
• Well-groomed, professional, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Should be able to speak well in English
