Job summary

Broad Peak Systems Inc is seeking a recruitment specialist to source and hire OPT, CPT, and H-1B candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases. You will build a strong pipeline for current and future requirements and screen resumes to assess technical skills, communication, and eligibility.

You will coordinate interview scheduling, keep candidates informed, ensure data in the ATS/CRM is up to date, and collaborate with sales and account management to fulfill client needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit OPT, CPT, and H-1B candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and eligibility.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview status.
• Ensure all candidate information is accurately updated in the ATS/CRM.
• Work closely with the sales and account management teams to fulfill client requirements.
