Paradise Food Court in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Executive Logistics to manage end-to-end logistics and transportation across PAN India. Responsabilidades

• Logistics Planning and Execution: plan, coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound deliveries.

• Restaurant Coordination: work with Area Managers and store teams on delivery issues.
• Cost and Budget Management: monitor expenses and identify savings opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs like on-time delivery and transport costs.
• Compliance and Documentation: ensure regulatory and quality standards compliance.
• Issue Resolution: identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting and Analysis: prepare regular logistics reports.
• Team Coordination: collaborate with drivers, warehouse teams, and cross-functional staff.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement process enhancements.
• Additional Responsibilities: perform other logistics tasks as needed.

Role Objective

Paradise is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Executive Logistics to manage end-to-end logistics and transportation operations across its PAN India network. The role involves inbound and outbound logistics, route planning, dispatch coordination, cold chain management, transport vendor coordination, and timely delivery of goods to restaurants and inter-warehouse locations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food logistics, QSR distribution, or cold chain transportation, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, cost optimization, product quality, and compliance with food safety and transportation standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Logistics Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods across restaurants, warehouses, and Central Manufacturing Locations (CMLs).
2. Route Planning and Optimization: Develop efficient delivery routes, optimize vehicle utilization, reduce transit time, and minimize transportation costs.
3. Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate daily dispatch schedules, shipment documentation, loading, unloading, and vehicle movement to ensure smooth logistics operations.
4. Cold Chain Management: Monitor temperature-controlled transportation and ensure the integrity, quality, and safety of food products throughout transit.
5. Transport and Vendor Management: Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, and drivers to ensure vehicle availability, service quality, timely deliveries, and adherence to agreed service levels.
6. Inter-Warehouse Transfers: Manage the movement of goods between warehouses, CMLs, and restaurants while ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
7. Restaurant Coordination: Work closely with Area Managers, Branch Heads, Store Teams, and CML Teams to address delivery delays, shortages, damages, and other logistics-related issues.
8. Cost and Budget Management: Monitor transportation expenses, analyze logistics costs, control operational expenditure, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
9. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, vehicle utilization, transportation cost, delivery accuracy, and vehicle turnaround time.
10. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations, food safety requirements, company policies, and relevant quality standards.
11. Issue Resolution: Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate delivery-related complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service levels.
12. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports covering dispatches, delivery performance, transportation costs, vendor performance, and operational challenges.
13. Team Coordination: Coordinate with drivers, loading supervisors, warehouse teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure efficient logistics execution.
14. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, optimize distribution networks, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
15. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other logistics and supply chain activities as assigned by management.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or cold chain management.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage, QSR, FMCG, or retail distribution industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in route planning, dispatch management, transport vendor coordination, and delivery performance monitoring.
• Experience managing multi-location or PAN India logistics operations will be an added advantage.
