Job Title: Asst Logistics Manager (F&B), Hyderabad

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Logistics Manager to lead dispatch operations, warehouse management, and distribution planning across our network.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage dispatches from the central warehouse to all operating cities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate and execute intra-city replenishment and indent fulfillment to outlets and distribution points.
• Lead warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory movement, order processing, and dispatch accuracy.
• Manage dispatch scheduling and fulfillment for key B2B accounts, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
• Plan and coordinate dispatches for franchise partners across the network.
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics service providers, vehicle operators, and warehouse partners.
• Ensure timely vehicle placement, route planning, and dispatch execution to optimize logistics costs and service levels.
• Coordinate closely with the factory and City Operations team to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
• Maintain proper documentation, stock movement records, and compliance with company processes.
• Support expansion initiatives, new city launches, and scaling of the distribution network.

Team Management

• Lead a team of 2 direct reportees and oversee 10+ warehouse staff through an operational supervisor.
• Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence within the warehouse and logistics teams.
• Conduct manpower planning, performance reviews, and training initiatives to improve productivity and service standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or distribution management.
• Prior experience in Food Services, QSR, FMCG, E-commerce, Retail Distribution, or related industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of dispatch planning, transportation management, and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and coordinating with third-party logistics partners.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory or warehouse management systems.
