Job summary

Azad Engineering is seeking CNC Milling operators to set up and run 3- to 5-axis CNC machines. You will read blueprints, input G and M codes, and ensure precision by measuring workpieces with micrometers and gauges. Experience in 2D programming and offset management is preferred.

The role includes maintaining production quality, replacing worn tools, and performing routine machine checks. A permanent position with benefits is offered in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC Milling operating.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and take work offsets.
• Good knowledge of G codes and M codes.
• Familiarity with 2D programming.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

3 Axis/ 4 Axis / 5 Axis / VMC / CNC operators required.

Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work piece

Input control instruction into the machine.

Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.

Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.

Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones

Make use of network links to ensure transmission of command from computer servers to computer numerical control modules

Take accurate measurements of workpiece and gauges for production

Carryout maintenance measures to ensure good condition of machines

Change or replace switches and cylinders

Good knowledge of set-up and operation

Good knowledge of blueprints and micrometer

Good knowledge of edits and G-Codes, M-Codes

Have basic knowledge of production material

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 year of experience in CNC Milling operating

Good Knowledge in 2D programming

Good Knowledge on G codes & M codes

Drawing Knowledge

Experience in taking Work Off-sets
