Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of CNC programming experience, proficiency with Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi/Haas controls, and experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidCAM.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma/ BE in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years as CNC Programmer.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
• GD&T and precision measurement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC programs for Turning, VMC, or HMC machines.
• Read engineering drawings, GD&T, and specs.
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
• Perform program prove-out and optimize cycle times.
• Prepare setup sheets and tooling lists for production.
• Support machine setup and first-piece inspection.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design teams.
• Maintain program backups and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S practices.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
