Job summary

Concentrix Vizag is seeking a Team Leader to develop and coach the sales team to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery. You will manage performance, mentor team members, and align efforts with client expectations, fostering strong interpersonal relationships within the team and with the Customer.

The role requires leadership, effective communication, and flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule while driving results and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
• Mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
