Job summary

Concentrix Vizag is seeking a Team Leader to develop and coach the sales team to achieve targets. You will lead multitasking, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables while mentoring staff.

The role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and English, a graduation degree, and flexibility with working hours as the team supports customers across North regions. This is an on-site opportunity in Vizag, India.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must speak Hindi and English.
• Graduation completed.
