Job summary

Concentrix in Vizag is seeking an Asst Manager, Operations (Team Leader) to guide a sales team and drive performance. You will coach members, manage timelines, and align with customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead multitasking teams. Hindi and English fluency is mandatory to engage with North region customers.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Two to four years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Key Skills and knowledge:
