The role emphasizes training delivery, curriculum development, and close collaboration with operations managers to meet client needs and achieve customer satisfaction. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Develop course curriculum by attending conference calls and meetings to identify customer requirements.
• Partner with Team Leaders and operations manager for deliverables, set expectations and risks, and identify training needs.
• Create high quality deliverables within projected deadlines.
• Monitor effectiveness of the training program and suggest improvements.
• Coach and support staff for the assigned process.

As a Team Lead, you will

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
• Develop process curriculum by attending conference calls and meetings to identify customer requirements
• Partner with Team Leaders and operations manager for course deliverables, establish expectations and risks, and determine specific training needs for the staff
• Create high quality deliverables within projected deadlines
• Monitor effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement when necessary
• Coach and provide support to the staff for the assigned process

About you

• You have experience in the travel domain
• Expert hands-on knowledge on all aspects of the travel reservations process and technology products, including airline GDS
• Ability to understand the big picture and offer suggestions and feedback to improve the overall operation
• Proven excellence in customer service delivery
• Working knowledge of all MS applications including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to foster effective teamwork and demonstrates adaptability and flexibility
