In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.

As a Supervisor Operations , you will

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
• Develop process curriculum by attending conference calls and meetings to identify customer requirements
• Partner with Team Leaders and operations manager for course deliverables, establish expectations and risks, and determine specific training needs for the staff
• Create high quality deliverables within projected deadlines
• Monitor effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement when necessary
• Coach and provide support to the staff for the assigned process

About You

• You have experience in the travel domain
• Expert hands-on knowledge on all aspects of the travel reservations process and technology products, including airline GDS
• Ability to understand the big picture and offer suggestions and feedback to improve the overall operation
• Proven excellence in customer service delivery
• Working knowledge of all MS applications including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to foster effective teamwork and demonstrates adaptability and flexibility
