Job summary

GfW Gesellschaft für Weiterbildung in Pune is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to assist in day-to-day operations and coordinate language courses. You will help organize schedules, support activities on site, and serve as a local contact to help establish and develop our operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, are fluent in English with German at B1 level, and possess strong communication and intercultural skills along with solid MS Office proficiency.

In this role, you will combine hands-on customer service responsibilities with operational and organizational support, playing an important part in the day-to-day functioning and further development of our locations.
