Job summary

Entrust Software & Services in Chennai is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage vendor relations and operational processes. The role focuses on work order lifecycle, supplier coordination, invoice support, and performance tracking to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will maintain supplier contacts, monitor invoices, prepare reports, and support cross-functional teams with accurate documentation and timely escalations.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in vendor management, service administration, facilities coordination, operations support, procurement support, work order management or service delivery coordination.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional follow-up and maintaining accurate operational records.
• Experience supporting reporting, invoice workflows or supplier performance tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work Order Management & Closeout: Monitor operational work orders throughout the complete lifecycle, from assignment through completion, documentation, invoice readiness and final closure.
• Vendor Coordination & Operational Support: Follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding work, status updates, corrective actions and required deliverables.
• Maintain current supplier contacts, escalation paths and service communication records.
• Invoice & Accounts Payable Support: Track invoice aging, payment status, exceptions and unresolved disputes.
• Operational Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain operational reports and trackers on work orders, vendor follow-ups and invoice status.
