JRG Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for an Operations Relationship Manager to ensure seamless client servicing and efficient execution of transactions across Mutual Funds and Insurance.

You will coordinate with clients, Relationship Managers and channel partners to facilitate smooth processing, timely resolution of service requirements and a high standard of client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi, with client-facing experience.
• Solid understanding of mutual fund and insurance operations and processes.
• Attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and coordination across teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end operations including transactions, applications, KYC, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and service requests.
• Support client onboarding and Relationship Management teams with documentation and risk profiling.
• Coordinate with channel partners, AMCs, RTAs, insurers and financial institutions for timely processing and issue resolution.
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS, reconciliation statements, trackers and operational reports.
